The store sells digital music products connected with the Cosmic Scores / Kosmiczne Partytury project.
- Scope of the store
The store offers digital music products, including in particular:
- MP3 music albums,
- FLAC Lossless music albums,
- album artwork,
- README or information files,
- additional digital materials connected with the album.
No physical product is shipped.
All products are delivered electronically.
- Technical requirements
To use the store and download purchased digital files, the customer needs:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address,
- software capable of opening ZIP files,
- software or a player capable of playing MP3 and/or FLAC files.
- Prices
All prices are shown next to the product.
The final price is displayed before the order is placed.
The seller may change prices, but price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Orders
To place an order, the customer chooses a product, adds it to the cart and proceeds to checkout.
During checkout, the customer provides the information necessary to process the order, including e-mail address.
The customer must confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing the order.
- Payment methods
The available payment methods may include:
- online bank transfer,
- BLIK,
- payment card,
- other payment methods made available through the Paynow payment system.
Payments are processed by the Paynow payment integrator.
The order is processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, the customer receives access to download the purchased files through the order confirmation page and/or by e-mail.
Each product may have a limited number of downloads and/or a limited download availability period. If such limits apply, they are shown in the product description or order information.
The standard download settings are:
- download limit: 5 downloads,
- download availability: 30 days from purchase.

- Nature of digital content
The products sold in the store are digital content.
By purchasing a digital product and agreeing to immediate delivery, the customer requests that the seller begins providing the digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period.
The customer acknowledges that after the digital content has been made available for download, they may lose the right to withdraw from the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
- Right of withdrawal
Because the store sells digital content delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may be limited.
If the customer has agreed to immediate delivery of digital content and has acknowledged that this may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the digital content has been made available.
If the customer purchased a product by mistake and has not downloaded or accessed the files, they should contact the seller as soon as possible:

Each such request will be reviewed individually.
- Complaints
The customer may submit a complaint if:
- the file is corrupted,
- the file is incomplete,
- the download link does not work,
- the customer received a wrong product,
- there is another technical problem preventing access to the purchased digital content.

The complaint should include:
- customer name,
- order number, if available,
- e-mail address used for the order,
- description of the problem.
The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
If the complaint is justified, the seller may provide a new download link, replace the file, or offer another appropriate solution.
- Permitted use
The purchase of a digital album allows private listening only.
The customer may download and store the purchased files for personal use.
Without a separate written license, the customer may not:
- share the files with other people,
- upload the files to the internet,
- resell or redistribute the files,
- make the files publicly available,
- use the music in films, advertisements, theatre productions, dance performances, planetarium shows, exhibitions, games, applications, podcasts, online videos, public events or commercial projects.
- Licensing
The purchase of a digital album does not grant any commercial license.

- Copyright
All music, artwork, texts and materials available in the store are protected by copyright.

- Personal data
Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling orders, payments, downloads, complaints and customer communication.
Detailed information about personal data processing and cookies is provided in the Privacy and Cookies Policy available on the website.
- Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are available on the website in a form that allows customers to read, save and reproduce them.
The seller may update these Terms and Conditions if necessary, in particular due to changes in law, payment systems, technical requirements or the store offer.
Orders placed before a change of these Terms and Conditions are governed by the version valid at the time of placing the order.
Polish law applies to matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
